  • Operational Modes

    Campaign Mode
    • Used during annual vacation selection time for staff to select vacation time according to seniority
    • System will order requests by seniority and other business rules to suggest responses
    • Supervisor can accept or deny requests, which will immediately or delay response to employee (notification of response by email)
    • Supervisor can then block out weeks where vacation maximums have been met
    • Employees with less seniority will then be unable to select weeks that have been blocked out
    • Optional reminder calls and email sub-campaigns can be provided to remind employees that it is their time to select weeks
    • Vacations can be automatically punched to Kronos and other workforce management environments eliminating the need for key punch

    Timekeeper Mode
    • Once Campaign Mode is complete, an optional ongoing day add and day changer mode can become active
    • Provides staff with the ability to request day changes throughout the year
    • Request link will allow two employees to request exchange (switching) of vacation time
    • Supervisors can accept or deny changes with results being provided via email
    • Fully automated Kronos interaction eliminates the need for key punching changes throughout the year
    • Kronos schedule reflection provides proof of update

Personnel Replacement

  • Plug in for Employee Absentee Notification System to update absences in a database, replace and call employees to cover an open shift
  • Personnel lookup against a database for customized criteria (union, qualifications, seniority, proximity, etc)
