Employee Absentee Notification
- IVR that handles employee absences 24/7 with an optional live call center component for employees unable to navigate through the automated application (unaware of employee ID, Casual positions)

Interactive Vacations Selection
- Employee portal with email user sign-in

- Provides vacations selection campaign for staff with supervisor's interface
- Integration with Kronos Workforce
- Used during annual vacation selection time for staff to select vacation time according to seniority
- System will order requests by seniority and other business rules to suggest responses
- Supervisor can accept or deny requests, which will immediately or delay response to employee (notification of response by email)
- Supervisor can then block out weeks where vacation maximums have been met
- Employees with less seniority will then be unable to select weeks that have been blocked out
- Optional reminder calls and email sub-campaigns can be provided to remind employees that it is their time to select weeks
- Vacations can be automatically punched to Kronos and other workforce management environments eliminating the need for key punch
- Once Campaign Mode is complete, an optional ongoing day add and day changer mode can become active
- Provides staff with the ability to request day changes throughout the year
- Request link will allow two employees to request exchange (switching) of vacation time
- Supervisors can accept or deny changes with results being provided via email
- Fully automated Kronos interaction eliminates the need for key punching changes throughout the year
- Kronos schedule reflection provides proof of update
